Warranty Returns (RMA) - Please read all instructions carefully

Be sure to review our comprehensive Memory Debugging tips before proceeding with a warranty return, we find that 70% of all returns can be avoided using these helpful hints.

For BUYBACK simply print a copy of your invoice, write buyback across the page and include it with your merchandise return and mail to the address provided on the invoice. RMA is not needed for buyback nor are you required to use our return envelope. You must however have a customer login account.

If different billing and shipping email addresses were used for your order you will be required to login to your account first. Product returned must be in original resale condition. Damaged, defaced or marked up product requiring rework or cleaning will be subject to rework charges starting at $5 per item.
