For BUYBACK simply print a copy of your invoice, write buyback across the page and include it with your merchandise return and mail to the address provided on the invoice. RMA is not needed for buyback nor are you required to use our return envelope. You must however have a customer login account. If you are returning a two-piece kit, or if you are using a dual channel configuration, we ask that you send both parts back to ensure you receive a matching set back.
