I ordered 2 240 pin DDR2 DIMM memory chips where one worked and the other did not. I requested a replacement for the defective memory, and received it with minimal hassle. The additional 4Gigs has substantially improved the performance of my on my system. I'll give OEMPC a 5 for customer service, but a 3 on the hardware.
