Adding 2GB to my new HP 550 laptop was the best 29$ spent. After adding memory from a competitor, (which did not work), I realized OEMPCWORLD is the only place to go. Kent made sure I chose the compatible module, reminded me there was no restocking fee and that old memory could be sent in for credit. Excellent service, product and price- world class.
