Worked perfect in a Dell Precision 340, 5/11/2010

Absolutely perfect install. Took out the two "retainer" sticks and plugged these in. Reboot. With 756 MB at least XP doesn't run in virtual memory mode 24/7. By the way OEMPC did a great job of RMA'ing my first sticks, which I ordered incorrectly (not OEMPCWorld's fault at all!), because I didn't use their memory configurator.
