I was so excited to give this item to my mother as a christmas present but got very upset when she opened it up only to discover that it didn't work. We opened the device and discovered that the batteries were greatly damaged and covered with corrosion. You would think that when you order a brand new unit then it would arrive in excellent working condition. But apparently nobody bothered to check to make sure this device worked before actually sending it to me. And the fact that I gave my mother a present that didn't work made it worse. Shame on you OEMPCWORLD! I don't think I'll be ordering from your website again.
