First time buyer, problem fixed promptly- good service, 11/18/2011

I ordered two sticks of ram, only got one in the mail. Simple phone call later and they shipped me the missing item promptly - no fuss - great service - even when something goes wrong.
Also staff are knowledgable and helped me find ram for older system I was fixing for a friend. Made me look good and thats why Im ordering again this coming Monday.. past customers keep referring me to more new business when I'm able to get the job done.
