I ordered 2 1GB modules and neither worked in the laptop even though when I asked to return the product for a different one, the memory checkout out fine at their store. Asked for advice on which memory would be a good replacement and they sent me the same memory back again. This company has good prices, but you can't rely on knowing you're getting the right product.

What's not to like? The price was better than any of the big box chains. The product was delivered in a timely fashion.
The product worked flawlessly. Lastly they will buy from you the old ram that you were going to probably throw out or stick in a drawer only to be thrown out later.
