Pro's: It's USB 3.0 transfer speed! None of my geeky friends have USB 3.0 speed USB drives and it makes them all jealous. ;-) It's also slim and light weight and has an indicator LED so you can tell when its plugged in and when data is being transfered. Con's: It's plastic exterior is little flimsy... when I plug it in I worry I'm going to crack it open on accident. I also wish it had a place to stow its little cap, I'm always worried I'm going to loose it. It's also a little bit pricey for only 16GB. Note: It works on USB 1.0 and 2.0 devices but in order to get the full 3.0 transfer speed you obviously need to use it with a USB 3.0 port/device. Overall: I think its a pretty cool USB drive. :-)
