This tiny chip does it's job. It's installed in an OLymp[us SP-590UZ. When shooting 12 megapizels pictures, individually there is about 1-2 seconds "delay" and your ready to take the next picture. Shooting sequentials, about the same delay between "multi-picture sequences." The convience of have a Tiny usb 2.0 interface for the "chip" is great. A little bigger than a thimble, and the full 8 gigabyte download is done in seconds. The speed and size is worth the price for this tiny gem. Having the ability to shoot 1100 - 12 mega pixel pictures or shoot 2 hrs of high resolution movies is great.
