I was very impressed with how easy it was to return a memmory chip that I had purchased as I had ordered the wrong size and was impressed at how easy it was and how friendly the staff was and helpful they were in helping me order the correct size and sending back the wrong one and ordering the proper size I needed. this was the easiest return I have ever had thank you so much looking forward to my next order that I have to do soon.

This was maybe my 3rd or 4th item purchased from OEMPCWORLD nad I just love this company. They make everything so simple. For example I have a 13r old daughter who lives 60 m away, she was having slow issues with her PC, I sent her to OEMPCWORLD website to learn what memory upgrade her computer neede, she followed my over the phone intructions and because of the simplicity of OEMPC'S website site my daughter did exactly as I told her and she thought she had conquered the world. I never thought I'd fill out a survey for a product not received, but the customer service for this was so wonderful, I had to comment. I placed an order for memory with this company, and one of the items was for the wrong computer. The order was placed on hold because the selection seemed odd to the egineers in charge. I was able to contact them by both email and phone, and was able to purchase the correct memory. My only complaint was what seemed to be a little "bug" in their email program that had misinformed us that the order had been shipped, when it was on hold, hence the waiting, however, the correct order status was easy to find on the website and this was the best mistake I've probably ever made!

I did a google search and OEMPCWORLD.com,s results looked appealing, and clearly stated it had what I was looking for before I even clicked on the link to go to the website. Once at the website a quick and EASY search took me to EXACTLY what I wanted. This is the LOWEST price I have found ANYWHERE and I HAVE searched extensively! I found this to be one of the better sites for buying memory. I tried Staples, Office Depot, HP, BestBuy, and others, to name a few, and found this site to be much much better. Oempcworld has been truly AWESOME for me.
First, I discussed what I wanted with one of your sales folks (sorry, I cannot remember her name, but she was the one that processed my original order.) She was very knowledgible - when I asked her opinion about the amount of memory to purchase she took time to discuss the pros and cons of purchasing more or less memory.
Second, she explained the various delivery options and we selected 2 day air. Oempcworld did, in fact, deliver the memory in 2 days.
Third, I had a problem with the memory because Windows/ME (which is what I have) does not work with more than 512M (without some under the cover modifications - and, even then, it only tolerates memory above 512M and won't actually use it. When I sent an email asking about what to do about the problems, I quickly was sent an email by YOU explaining that W/ME did not support more than 512M and I was also reminded that I had a 30day money-back guaranty, but I want the memory - so, I will keep it.
Fourth - after I identified a price drop you gave me a refund for the excess amount. By the way - I should add that your website showed 2 prices for the same memory. I didn't see the lower price until investigating why the memory did not work. I can't find the 2 prices now, but they were there. The point of this forth issue; however, is that OEMPCWORLD honored the lower price.

I decided to give my current laptop one last try and in doing so give it some juice. I went on a memory search, and found a fairly cheap store on eBay. I followed a link to their memory configurator and fell in love. This store was OemPcWorld.com Other interactive find the right memory applications left me with a "am I really sure this is the memory I need" feeling in my gut. They send you through and give you the type. In my case, the only response I got was DDR PC2100. No mention of pin counts or the fact that I should look for SODIMMs. I only found all this out later. Other sites are very lacking in definitive memory purchasing. Taht and their product pages are fairly non-descript.At OemPcWorld.com , they pull you through a few drop downs to determine your system type and then not only give great specifics, but they also link directly to their in-stock products that are meant for your system. No mistakes possible at all! They even keep your system name listed in your cart to make extra sure you are on track. Now, I'm a 10+ year techie veteran, but this is the only site that left me feeling 100% confident I was buying exactly what I needed. Memory is tough to figure out now a days. Next kudo goes to their slick cart system. Very step by step easy to follow. But the cool part is the upsell mechanism they put in! As a web developer I dropped my jaw to the ground at the sheer brilliance of it. Right before teh payment step a screen popped in to the process that offered me a static wrist guard at half price for this order only. They knew I might want/need one and put it right in front of me at just teh right time. I didn't order one, but the way it happened made me feel so happy that someone was getting things right!! The last kudo goes to their customer service. Very fast, very responsive. I paid for Fedex 2nd day shipping so I could get the order by Friday to use the weekend to do my system overhaul. Having ordered Wednesday, I felt safe it would work. But then I wondered when they shipped orders out. Turns out any order after 10AM PST gets shipped out the next day. That would have put my memory here Monday (RATS!) So, I called at 3PM PST just after ordering to see if there was any possible way to have them drop the shipment today so it would get here Friday. Two minutes later I got the, sure we can do that for you answer, and an hour later their system sent me a "your order has shipped - here is your tracking number" email. OEMPCWorld.com has quite possibly the best customer support i have ever seen. I ordered a block of RAM for my computer, and I made the error in ordering the wrong amount. So i called up customer support and they said that my computer can only hold 256 mb of ram per slot, and i ordered 512. they gave me specifics about my computer! Normally I would have spend a good day on the phone trying to get through to microsoft or dell, this only took five minutes. So then I returned the RAM, which was extremely easy. A day later i got a phone call saying that I ordered the wrong kind again. That just flat out amazed me that they look through each return and make sure that what you ordered is right. I went to Best Buy originally and they gave me the wrong information as well as their website. I have a mother board by BioStar and it cannot take the PC133MHZ memory that is about $17.00. It is 168 pin @ 256MB. But when you install it, it only recognizes 128MB. Your website provided all that info just by clicking on the memory descriptions. How great is it to find a company that provides great prices and the service and support to back it up? Nine times out of ten, you get one or the other. The other time you seemingly get neither. Your company, however, has proven to me that you can out price the competition without sacrificing outstanding customer service. Working for a not-for-profit means finding deals whenever we can. Plus our staff works on older computers and upgrading can be difficult. Your website provided me with all the information I needed in order to find the right memory for our PCs. Your customer service reps responded to our phone calls promptly and helped make the ordering process easy. Our order arrived quickly and securely. But the best part of the experience, ironically, came when the memory that we had ordered ended up failing. I spent time on your website and found all the information needed to confirm that the memory we ordered was the correct type. A call to your office yielded a call the next day. Your representative spent time with me to confirm the memory type that I needed. She directed me to the RMA form and said there would be no problem doing an exchange. This is where I thought the problems would arise. It's one thing for a company to say they'll do something. It's another thing for them to follow through. After about a week and a half, I placed a call into your company asking for a status of my exchange. I played phone tag with a representative the very same day and then received an e-mail at the end of the day from another rep telling me the RMA had been processed and the replacements sent. That was on a Friday. Tuesday morning the memory arrived and it worked flawlessly! It was a pleasure talking with your company and doing business with you. I talked with 10 other companies and either they wouldn't tell me the truth or they didn't know what they were talking about. My machine being a Gateway Desktop 266 was a little bit harder getting memory for then the usual equipment. However, I called and talked with your company, but I was given the straight scoop on what I needed...I need to mention this last point. Every last other company I talked with guarded their information like it was some classified top secret information.
