- I placed an order Saturday May 1, I paid for 2 day delivery and now i get a notice that it will be delivered sometime May 5, 4:30p. What happened to the two day delivery? If you meant two business days the product should be delivered on the 4th. It is not fair to pay extra for fast delivery when the mail could have done it just as fast.

- This order was placed by me on 9/2/04 and overnight delivery was requested & charged. Saturday delivery is available in my area and I understood that the delivery would occur on 9/4/04. Therefore, I took the necessary vacation day off in order to be here to receive the package. Now, I find out that someone failed to mark the package as Saturday delivery. This means delivery will not be attempted until Tueday when I will be back at work. Despite the fact that I only live one-half a block from the Fed-Ex office here, they refuse to allow me to pick it up at their office and insist that I must wait for Tuesday delivery. Since no one will be available to sign for the package I expect it to be returned and I will expect a full credit to my account.
