All I can say is OEMPCWORLD delvered on what they promised. They identified my memory module to a tee. I ordered on March 5 and had my tracking number the next day. My order was on its way. Easy and fast order, ram memmorie parts were correct both went in computer with ease and mated wth perfect capatiblity. I ordered from another company within seconds the same day as a backup, their product wouldnt even go in the computer and the cost was almost twice the price for scrap I sent back to them. They told me to just push real hard and it would go in bull , their panel was not even square in shape and pannel location groove was not deep enough to locate the pins , if I had done as they said I would not be writting this review. Web site was well designed. I found infomation to see which card to buy to fit my particular brand and model number camera. Other sited did not have this available. This alone sold me. It was cheaper on another not so helpfull site.

I bought a NIKON S80. Surprise when I received it. No memory card included. Needed the card soon—I am traveling. Complication: which card and where. Of course Google. Then I was directed to OEMPCWorld. |Compatibility check for my camera. And....I got it and to be delivered in two days.

I ordered 2GB ram for my hp desktop computer on 10-6-2011 and received it on 10-8-2011. The ram was received in good condition. I installed the ram on the same day that I received it. After installing the ram, the computer started up with no problem at all. I also noticed right away how much faster the computer was operating. Before the new ram was installed, I only had 2-512mb ram installed. So by adding the 2-1GB sticks ram, I noticed a difference right away when I started using the computer. The service at oempc was great, and it didn't take long at all to receive it, considering it was shipped at the usps ground rate which it didn't cost me anything to ship. I highly recommend anyone to buy from oempc.

My machine being a Gateway Desktop 266 was a little bit harder getting memory for then the usual equipment. However, I called and talked with your company, but I was given the straight scoop on what I needed...I need to mention this last point. Every last other company I talked with guarded their information like it was some classified top secret information. I am very pleased with the purchace that I made with OEMPCWORLD! I was told by 2 different companies that my PC would require Memory that would cost over $100. You provided me with the memory I wanted for less than half that! The first stick I recieved from you was not compatable with my system, just like the 2 others memory sticks that I had gotten from other companies. All other companies were going to charge me the 'overage'of a $128 stick that was compatable with my system, but the major difference is that you provided me a compatable stick at no extra charge! I just wanted to tell you how glad I am I came across your website. I tried ordering direct from the computer company and their memory configurator actually caused me to order the wrong speed chip. It gave me the choice of either a PC100 or PC133. I ordered the PC133. My computer ran like it was stuttering. I came to your website, went through your memory configurator, not only did you specifically tell me which chip I needed, but you told me all about my computer exactly how I bought it. For the last two upgrades, I purchased the memory from OEMPCWorld, and see no reason to look anywhere else (in the future) for memory. How great is it to find a company that provides great prices and the service and support to back it up? Nine times out of ten, you get one or the other. The other time you seemingly get neither. Your company, however, has proven to me that you can out price the competition without sacrificing outstanding customer service. Working for a not-for-profit means finding deals whenever we can. Plus our staff works on older computers and upgrading can be difficult. Your website provided me with all the information I needed in order to find the right memory for our PCs. Your customer service reps responded to our phone calls promptly and helped make the ordering process easy. Our order arrived quickly and securely. But the best part of the experience, ironically, came when the memory that we had ordered ended up failing. I spent time on your website and found all the information needed to confirm that the memory we ordered was the correct type. A call to your office yielded a call the next day. Your representative spent time with me to confirm the memory type that I needed. She directed me to the RMA form and said there would be no problem doing an exchange. This is where I thought the problems would arise. It's one thing for a company to say they'll do something. It's another thing for them to follow through. After about a week and a half, I placed a call into your company asking for a status of my exchange. I played phone tag with a representative the very same day and then received an e-mail at the end of the day from another rep telling me the RMA had been processed and the replacements sent. I went to Best Buy originally and they gave me the wrong information as well as their website. I have a mother board by BioStar and it cannot take the PC133MHZ memory that is about $17.00. It is 168 pin @ 256MB. But when you install it, it only recognizes 128MB. Your website provided all that info just by clicking on the memory descriptions. Oempcworld has been truly AWESOME for me. First, I discussed what I wanted with one of your sales folks (sorry, I cannot remember her name, but she was the one that processed my original order.) She was very knowledgible - when I asked her opinion about the amount of memory to purchase she took time to discuss the pros and cons of purchasing more or less memory. Second, she explained the various delivery options and we selected 2 day air. Oempcworld did, in fact, deliver the memory in 2 days. Third, I had a problem with the memory because Windows/ME (which is what I have) does not work with more than 512M (without some under the cover modifications - and, even then, it only tolerates memory above 512M and won't actually use it. When I sent an email asking about what to do about the problems, I quickly was sent an email by YOU explaining that W/ME did not support more than 512M and I was also reminded that I had a 30day money-back guaranty, but I want the memory - so, I will keep it. Fourth - after I identified a price drop you gave me a refund for the excess amount. By the way - I should add that your website showed 2 prices for the same memory. I didn't see the lower price until investigating why the memory did not work. I can't find the 2 prices now, but they were there. The memory came early, worked just as advertised, and there were no issues. What is wrong with this picture? - NOTHING!!!!. I just wish all companies worked like this - but they do not. OEMPCWorld has a trusted and valued customer spreading the word by mouth!

I did a google search and OEMPCWORLD.com,s results looked appealing, and clearly stated it had what I was looking for before I even clicked on the link to go to the website. Once at the website a quick and EASY search took me to EXACTLY what I wanted. This is the LOWEST price I have found ANYWHERE and I HAVE searched extensively! I never thought I'd fill out a survey for a product not received, but the customer service for this was so wonderful, I had to comment. I placed an order for memory with this company, and one of the items was for the wrong computer. The order was placed on hold because the selection seemed odd to the egineers in charge. I was able to contact them by both email and phone, and was able to purchase the correct memory. My only complaint was what seemed to be a little "bug" in their email program that had misinformed us that the order had been shipped, when it was on hold, hence the waiting, however, the correct order status was easy to find on the website and this was the best mistake I've probably ever made!

I was skeptical at first but am very pleased now. Very difficult product to find was available and at a lower price than others who did have it. Tracking info was very detailed. Product has been installed and it IS the correct product for my computer! I will return to OEMPCWorld for any future needs. My computer is back to being as 'zippy' as it was when first purchased!

I did not see where to leave my comments on my recent purchase from your company. I purchased a memory module from you and when I got it, I was disappointed to find it did not work. Not being all that tech savvy, I figured it was some hidden code I had missed that made me select the wrong memory. I thought the hassle would be too much to try to find out what the correct module would be or try to get an exchange or my money back. I was ready to write the experience off and add your company to the list of bad experiences. When I received an email, from your company, asking me about my purchase experience, I answered it and explained what I thought went wrong. I very surprised when I received a follow-up email asking questions about my computer and trying to find out what had gone wrong. I had though the email to ask about my purchase experience was an automated kind of thing that companies send out to try to make you think they care but have no real interest in the exchange. I was pleasantly surprised when a real person asked follow-up question and even a return authorization and instruction without my even asking to return the memory. Your representative told me I had selected to correct memory and I should return the memory. I did and your company sent me another module and it worked great. All this was done without me asking for anything. Your company recognized the problem, determined the solution and took action to correct it on your own initiative. Your companys sense of customer value and business ethics has made a devoted customer of me.
