I wanted to thank you (a little belated) for the e-mails you sent me to try to resolve the memory issues that I was having with my computer. Your customer service was excellent and I am very satisfied. You were correct windows ME sucks, XP resolved my ram issues immediately. Unfortunately, with the cost of the ram and the operating system I could have put a nice deposit on a whole new computer, but that is my mistake. Just wanted to thank you a million times for all your help. I emailed you and asked how much memory I could install in my system, and received a reply almost immediately. You also provided a link directly to the page on your site for the component I needed to order. All I had to do was point and click! I did place a follow up call to make sure that my credit card number and other information was received, and the person to whom I spoke was very courteous and helpful, and said my part would be shipped FREE and should arrive in a week or so. WELL, I got my part in THREE DAYS! Your site provided step by step instructions to install my new memory and within minutes of opening the package I was up and running :) with NOT ONE PROBLEM! I just want you to know that i signed up for your reseller account after seeing how much of a job tech support did for me, from olga helping me thru this lingering problem and the gentleman at 8;15 est last night who helped me, taking over for olga. Try getting any other tech support after 4pm is not around other vendors, you are lucky if you can find a phone number and tech support is emailed and days away you guys are my main source now and i only wish i signed up as a reseller last week before i switched all my orders over from crucial and memory suppliers i'm sticking with you as my only link for memory.
