I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your customer service. When I first received the memory I ordered from the eBay auction, I thought I was screwed out of my money, for the memory was incompatible with my motherboard. You guys bent over backwards to help me get up and running, and you even picked up the shipping charge to resend me the compatible memory. Now my system is running fine with no problems. If all companies ran their business like OEMPC World, there wouldn?t be such a thing as customer complaints. I appreciate your service and will definitely return for additional purchases. Hey Michael, I was a little concerned about getting a memory upgrade from an online auction, because--let's face it--you can get some real junk out there. But I was reassured by all your positive feedback, so I decided to go for it. I particularly want to compliment you on the packing and shipping. The merchandise got here fast, and it was securely packed in sealed anti-static bags. It was in perfect condition.
