I have used OEMPC to make numerous memory purchases over the years. I have never been disappointed with their products, prices, or service. This time I shopped around for the lowest on-line price. They still came out the lowest.
Just wanted to let you and your company know how pleased I am with your customer service.I ordered RAM for my laptop just a few days ago , for starters I was pleasantly surprised w/free shipping of my order. Also with being cheap and asking to have my order shipped thru the USPS I could not belive that I recived my order in about two days. That just tells my that you shipping dept. Is squared away and takes care of business. Being in the customer service field myself I have to congradulate you on providing good customer service to your customers. I was starting to think that was a thing of the past [good service] so it was very refreshing to deal with a company like yours.
