I did not see where to leave my comments on my recent purchase from your company. I purchased a memory module from you and when I got it, I was disappointed to find it did not work. Not being all that tech savvy, I figured it was some hidden code I had missed that made me select the wrong memory. I thought the hassle would be too much to try to find out what the correct module would be or try to get an exchange or my money back. I was ready to write the experience off and add your company to the list of bad experiences. When I received an email, from your company, asking me about my purchase experience, I answered it and explained what I thought went wrong. I very surprised when I received a follow-up email asking questions about my computer and trying to find out what had gone wrong. I had though the email to ask about my purchase experience was an automated kind of thing that companies send out to try to make you think they care but have no real interest in the exchange. I was pleasantly surprised when a real person asked follow-up question and even a return authorization and instruction without my even asking to return the memory. Your representative told me I had selected to correct memory and I should return the memory. I did and your company sent me another module and it worked great. All this was done without me asking for anything. Your company recognized the problem, determined the solution and took action to correct it on your own initiative. Your companys sense of customer value and business ethics has made a devoted customer of me. I am sure you did not make much of a profit off of my $17 memory module but any and all computer memory needs I have will be satisfied youre your company. I will also spread your name to everyone I know and repeat my praises to any who are looking for an honest and reputable company. Thank you for your help and Ill be in touch soon for more orders.

I am a frequent purchaser of memory modules from your company. In the years that I've done business with you, I've only had two bad memory being one. I'm writing to tell you that you have the best employees I have ever had to deal with. Today I used the chat service which, to me, is better than a phone call. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kent. I gave a detailed description of the issue and he resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction. While he was processing paperwork, we briefly chatted about the "new" chat support feature and he told me that customers ask if he is the blond woman pictured in the chat window...TOO FUNNY. I almost fell out of my chair laughing. When people ask me where to buy ram, I ONLY recommend The prices are excellent. The shipping is fast (USPS from you on the West Coast is faster than FedEx ground from the West Coast). I like the email updates on shipping status. I also like that you will buy back old ram modules for store credit. Service is everything and you folks rock!

Not only did your technicians properly clarify which RAM cards I needed for my computer, but your price was very competitive with other vendors. The RAM cards worked perfectly, and fixed a long standing annoying problem with my computer. The real bonus came when I returned my old RAM cards and received some cash back on the transaction.
