The RAMCHECK LX 184-pin DDR PRO DIMM adapter allows you to test old PC466/433/400/333/266/200 184-pin DDR DIMM modules, including Registered and Unbuffered. The DDR module's size, structure, and type are automatically detected. It is very simple to operate and requires little setup or training to use. Includes a special 184-pin ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) test socket, originally rated by the manufacturer for thousands of insertion/removal cycles.
