Can this SD card be formatted using a fat32 file format?

2GB and less capacity SD cards come formatted as FAT16 (aka simply FAT) per the SD Association standard.
4GB to 32GB SDHC cards are formatted as FAT32.
64GB to 128TB SDXC/SDUC cards use the newer ExFAT format.
So this 32GB would already be in the FAT32 format but if it was a larger capacity you can use third party software to reformat a larger card such as a 64GB or 128GB as FAT32.
