All items are in stock ready to ship unless otherwise stated at the item page. The OEMPCWorld product database and advanced purchasing tools allow us to maintain 99% in stock levels at all times with very few exceptions. All orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10:00AM PST generally ship next business day. Fedex orders placed before 3:00PM PST will ship same day pending product availability.

If you must cancel an order please email Orders if order was placed between 6:00PM and 6:00AM PST. Otherwise you MUST call us at 866-839-5875 or chat with customer service providing us with your order number and method of payment. Orders are batch processed twice daily at 9:00AM and 3:00PM so your order will be processed very quickly and cancellations must be made promptly.

All Fedex, UPS and USPS order over $100.00 (all shipping methods) will require signature at delivery for insurance reasons, no exceptions. Request to waive signature is at management discretion.

Shipping rates include postage and handling, 3rd party insurance when applicable, delivery or signature confirmation and packaging materials. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Military address must select United States as shipping country. Select State as AA for Armed Forces (America), AP (Pacific), AE (Europe). Enter APO/FPO Box in the City field. Enter Unit and Box information in street address field.

USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 day average delivery.

USPS Express shipments are 1-2 day service and include up to $100 insurance. Express shipments guarantee next/2nd day delivery service levels and all orders are processed on a first come first served basis. USPS Express will deliver to residential addresses on weekends.

FedEx delivery is standard overnight (delivery before 3:00PM), priority overnight (delivery before 10:00AM) or 2nd day as selected. Priority Saturday delivery is available (Thursday 2day and Friday Overnight shipments will arrive on Monday). All FedEx orders are shipped from zip code 95128 and if the destination zip code does not support overnight shipping may elect to switch carrier or change to 2nd day and adjust your shipping cost without notice. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may be assessed a $10 surcharge after delivery without notice if such charges are billed to us by FedEx.

Ground shipping service is provided by UPS and average delivery is 4-7 days.

International USPS Express shipments include $100 insurance with 2-4 day service.

Fedex International Priority is the most reliable International method of delivery and is 1-2 day service and includes $100 insurance.

California residents are charged 8.750% sales tax on total purchase price including shipping for shipments within California. All other destinations are shipped tax free.  International customers are responsible for Duty and Tax of their respective countries.

Lost Shipments

We apologize that you have not received your recent purchase. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and, on occasion, the USPS or one of our carriers does misplace a package while in transit to you. In these cases the package often shows up at a later date or is misdelivered. OEMPCWorld will work with you to expedite a replacement shipment to you once certain periods of time have elapsed as dictated by the carriers and choice of shipping method, see below for details.

Contact us for Wire Transfer T/T information if you plan on placing any International Order over $300.00 US. accepts International Orders and asks that the following guidelines be observed when placing your order.

1. International orders over $200.00 must select Express shipping to ensure all orders can be tracked and insured.

2. Orders over $300.00 must also use American Express whenever possible to facilitate the use of online address verification systems.

3. Orders shipped using Global Priority Mail are not insured and require no signature confirmation. cannot be held responsible for lost shipments sent via Global Priority Mail. Confirmation of your order stipulates agreement to these terms. Accept insurance option to negate these conditions.

4. Many International Orders may be required to provide additional security information by filling in an Order Authorization Form and faxing it back to us at (408) 521-1888 or sending via email.

5. A recent copy of a current credit card statement should be included with this form to allow us to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing address.

6. All orders can only be processed and shipped to the billing address as verified by the issuing bank.

7. Our prices do not include duty, taxes and tariffs. International customers may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery.

All USPS Mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived 20 days after ship date per the USPS. If delivery or signature confirmations show the package as delivered you will first be required to work with your local carrier, post office or building manager to determine the package whereabouts. In 95% of all cases one of these listed package handlers is responsible for mishandling your package and they must make an effort to locate your package. If you have purchased insurance from us we will reship all packages which have not arrived 10 days after shipment date. If the second package does arrive you will have 30 days to return one of the two shipments to avoid being charged. You will be notified via email if our records indicate you received both packages. If you have not purchased insurance we can reship your package 20 days from date of shipment. USPS International Priority Mail packages do not have tracking and you must wait 20 days after date of shipment to process a claim. Express mail claims can be made 7 days after expected arrival date. Customs delays are not considered lost packages and you must work with the carrier to expedite local customs clearance.

For UPS and Fedex shipments with date certain delivery times we can expedite replacement shipments once the carrier declares the package lost, usually with a few days of expected arrival date. You may make inquiries directly to UPS or Fedex with the tracking number we provided and once the carrier confirms to you that they are unable to locate your package please notify customer service – HERE.

UPS and Fedex shipping fees will be refunded once the carrier determines it has missed its delivery window. Shipping refunds can only be made if the selected carrier agrees to provide us with a refund. We will file the refund request on your behalf and process a shipping fee refund once our claim has been accepted. For UPS ground shipments please allow up to 10 days before filing a claim.

Please let us know when these time periods have elapsed, submit your claim form using the link below or at the website, and we will promptly proceed with the replacement of your order. If you do not wish to wait for these time periods to elapse you may pay for a replacement purchase and we will immediately ship that order to you with free expedited handling and priority shipping. Then once the time periods indicated have elapsed you may request a refund instead of reshipment.

Claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages must be made with 48 hours of posted delivery date or of expected delivery date. We allow up to 20 days for USPS Mail packages to be delivered before filing claims. Fedex and UPS claims must be made within 48 hours of expected arrival date.

We cannot accept any USPS claims made more than 25 days after original date of shipment or 48 hours after expected arrival date.

Pick Up Your Order is open for pick up of will call orders from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday PST.

You must have a confirmed paid order before proceeding. Enter your order online, select the “will call” shipping option and pay for your order online. You will now have a confirmed order number. Bring a copy of your confirmation email and the credit card used to make payment.
