I sent pack some ram for buyback. Few days later got email informing me of the buyback refund amount. The next time I checked my credit card transactions online, the refund had been credited. The whole process was quick and they kept me in the loop by email. The best customer service is that which doesn't require manual intervention (i.e. require you to pick up the phone to call and ask status). This definitely fit the bill.
