I have visited MemoryTen office twice. Both of the times I got overwhelming response from the stuff.

My Lenovo T400 have only recognized 4Gb for Micron 1066Mhz, also can't start computer for 4Gb Corsair 1066Mhz.
However, samsung 8G (4G*2) works fine.
This samsung memory (Ca.$99) is original real product from Korean or China but a slight expensive than that from Amazon and Ebay.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong memory card. CS promptly sent RMA for refund and assisted me in ordering the correct card. Upon receipt, card did not work and their Tech determined that the memory card was correct and that card was most likely defective. A RMA was issued and another memory card was shipped that worked. Throughout the entire situation, CS and Tech provided excellent assistance throughout my ordeal. Can not express my gratitude for their assistance. Customer service is excellent and I highly recommend purchasing from this company.
I've ordered twice from OEMPCWORLD and both times had an exceptional experience. The first ram had to be returned, due to my error, and reordered. For them, that was not a problem. They make everything so easy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommend them to anyone.
Ordered wrong memory, OEMPC staff went out of their way to get the wrong memory returned and replace it with the correct memory. They even looked up my laptop on HP's web site to be sure they had the correct memory for my specific laptop. Great job guys, esp. Kent.

Ordered Samsung memory that the site said was instock. Recieved an email the next day saying it was not in stock but they would ship another non branded equivelant item in its place. I asked for a discount due to the fact that it was a non branded product but they wouldn't accept that. Cancelled my order.
Ordered ram for my computer. I rec'd did not work. Contacted OEM and was immediately issued a return no., sent product back and was sent a replacement right-a-way. And this was during the Holidays! Fast efficient and knowledgeable service. Thanks!!
I have found a place where I can get USB Flash Memory for all my electronic needs at a reasonable price. The Customer Service Staff are very helpful at answering all my questions. I also purchased a few months back more memory for my laptop and it was so easy to install and the price was very reasonable too.
I ordered 2x8GBmemory for an Asus Z87-A motherboard and an Intel i-7 4770K processor . System works great. No problems setting up, memory works great. Scores a 7.8 on the microsoft rating scale. Great mermory . DDR 3 1333 non ecc. Will always purchase from OEMpc.
I have recently upgraded several of my computer's RAM memories;
A Dell; a couple of E-Machines & a Gateway.
In each case, the search at OEMPCworld for the proper chips to fit each one of these machines was easy, fast, and accurate. Each computer was of a different "vintage" and after each order was placed the chosen memory arrived in perfect condition and arrived days sooner than promised. (nice!) And to top it all off they all fit and worked without any problems! When I sent the used memory chips back to OEMPCWORLD they credited me with the correct value for them; Even the old chip from a 15year old e-machine was credited to me.

When I ordered my memory card I forgot to put the apartment number in my delivery info. I called oempcworld the next day when I noticed my mistake. My item had already been shipped but as soon as it returned to them they re-shipped it at no charge to me.
Their price on the memory card was great as well. I shopped it and couldn't come close to their price.

I have to admit to being annoyed to find that my memory chip for my printer, which I needed yesterday was wrong. However, after talking to Kent on the phone, I can only say this is 100% perfect customer service and it couldn't have been any easier to deal with any company. Kent was helpful, thorough, handled everything on the return, and with zero inconvenience to the me as the customer. Beyond the part being wrong, this company is a definite "will do business again" for me.

I somehow stumbled across you folks way back when I was l failing to find ECC DIMMs for an ancient HP server featuring a single Pentium I processor. You had the needed items in stock, the price was right, and you weren't far from my plant in Scotts Valley. I have placed a few more small orders for my businesses since then. Perhaps most surprising to me is the fact that all of you are so pleasant on the phone and in person. My 30-plus years of interactons with computer hardware vendors in Silicon Valley has mostly been with unpleasant, seemingly at least mildly autistic folks. Here in Southern California, where i am exiled for the next two years, there are no computer hardware vendors excepting the ignorant, cheap-white-shirted zombies who clog the aisles at Fry's stores. So, when I wanted to add RAM to my nearly-new HP laptop and got conflicting information from major Web vendors, I thought of OEMPCWORLD. Actually I thoght, "RAM vendor in Campbell or Santa Clara, just outside San Jose's citiy limitis, what was its name?"
